Shipping policy

At ROZ&Co., we are a small team and each order is carefully packed and prepared before it makes its way to you. As a result, we take a little more time to process orders, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched with care. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed for your order to be delivered.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via the contact information provided at checkout.

You can use the tracking information to follow your order's journey.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number and other contact details are accurate when placing your order. ROZ&Co. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at rozandco1@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur after an order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at rozandco1@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you track the shipment.

International Orders

For international orders, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local courier services. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
